One of London’s most fantastic and famous buildings in the last century was the site of the 1851 World’s Fair and other numerous exhibitions, until one night it all came to an abrupt end. The Crystal Palace.

Hello Tanja, yes, sadly all burnt down in 1936. No people were hurt, but a jewel in history was lost. I heard that some chinese billionaires decided to build it up again

What a shame the original burned down. I can’t imagine how expensive it would be to rebuild it, but then there are a lot of people with a lot of money…
