Auf der schönsten Landspitze vom Lago Maggiore wurde im Jahre 1858 ein Grand Hotel gebaut, in einer riesengroßen Parkanlage. Und der Besitzer, Enkelsohn des Gründers, schloss so ungefähr im Jahre 1972 die Türen zu und fuhr weg. Nun steht alles seit mehr als 40 Jahren unberührt herum. Niemand kümmert sich.

On the most beautiful headland of Lake Maggiore, a grand hotel was built in 1858 in a huge park. And the owner, grandson of the founder, closed the doors in about 1972 and left. Now everything has been left untouched for more than 40 years. Nobody cares.
